Watch the brand new video for "DREAMS" by Villainy

Villainy delivered some crushing truths in their uplifting slacker anthem 'DREAMS'… and now the visual accompaniment severely juxtaposes the hard-hitting lyrics against a starkly bright and plastic film aesthetic.

Painstakingly pieced together by director Karl Lear, largely shot for shot, the video pays homage to a true 80's classic - Wham!’s "Club Tropicana" - a video celebrated at the time as the height of pop and the new benchmark for cool while hiding a darker truth of the internal struggles of the band and its members. For Villainy - pairing the two couldn’t have been more appropriate.
