After Matt & Jerry discussed the story of a Dunedin teen holding a booze-fueled in an Airbnb, regular listener "Luke from Rags" called in to see if the lads could create rules for his Airbnb.

Matt & Jerry asked the great New Zealanders listening to send in their suggestions and then read them out to Luke.
