It's not a true Foo Fighters tour until the band gets fans involved — and during their show in Bonner Springs, Kansas, they did just that. Dave Grohl invited a fan named Lauren onstage and loaned her his guitar for "Monkey Wrench."

“You’re not nervous are you?" he asked before kicking off the song. She shook her head no and backed it up by totally slaying the guitar part. In fact, she did so well that Grohl let her end the song in a frenetic solo.

Watch it all go down above.

Lauren's appearance wasn't the only notable thing that happened at the Foos' Kansas stop. Before the concert, the band trolled Westboro Baptist Church, which is known for picketing their shows, by rolling up in the back of a flatbed truck and playing a cover of Bee Gees' "You Should Be Dancing" while dressed as their disco alter egos, the Dee Gees.

“Ladies and gentlemen, I got something to say. Because you know what? I love you,” Grohl told protestors before the performance. “The way I look at it, I love everybody. That’s what you’re supposed to do… I deliver all of my love, and you shouldn’t be hating. You should be dancing.”
