Kelly Osbourne is denying a new round of rumors suggesting the impending demise of her father, Ozzy Osbourne.

A recent report claiming Ozzy was on his "death bed" was refuted as "utter bulls--t" by Kelly. The article went on to say that Ozzy was in such a state that he "didn't even realize" that he and his wife Sharon were not together for the holidays for the first time in 40 years.

In an Instagram Story post, Kelly blasted the trend of "sickening articles" purporting to have the inside scoop on her dad's gauntlet of recent health struggles.

"Today I had a wonderful start to 2020," she wrote. "I went out to lunch with my family. Then I spent the rest of the day laughing and hanging out with my dad. I come home to read sickening articles about my dad supposedly being on his "death bed" ... [S]ometimes the media makes me sick!!! It's no secret that my dad has had a rough year when it comes to his health but come the f--- on, this is utter bulls--t."

In October, it was Sharon denying similar "death bed" reports on her television show, The Talk.

One report at the time said Ozzy would be "dead by Christmas."

Photos shared on Christmas Eve by Jack Osbourne show Ozzy was actually alive and well with his grandkids during the holidays.

Since he was proclaimed to be a goner, the Prince of Darkness has announced a new album due this January, released a music video in support of that album and performed live with Post Malone and Travis Scott at the American Music Awards.

Ozzy spent most of 2019 rehabbing from neck surgery with plans to resume his 'No More Tours 2' farewell next spring.
